The joint in the shower curtain rod has always been an issue in my house. No matter what kind of rings we used, they always have gotten caught and caused us to jerk too hard. Once I trimmed and slipped a cover over the rod, the family 'cheered' because the rings could just slide without getting stuck. So glad I found them. -- I wish I'd had these years ago.

This is a great cover for old closet rods that need sprucing up. Works well and did just what it was needed for.

It was confusing when I opened the package --- a rolled up piece of white plastic approximately 4" wide and 5' long. This isn't what the picture looks like. Thinking this isn't going to work - I undid the tape and unrolled it. It opened up to look exactly like the picture. I took measurements of my shower rod, cut the length to match and wrapped it over the rod. What a transformation! No more silver stainless steel look --- nice bright white! Now I only wish it came in more colors to adapt to my ever changing bathroom color scheme. -- Shower rod cover
